Hmm... a bit hard to see what this letter says, but it's good, potentially lifesaving. Last week I finally registered officially as a donor, and this is the letter that confirms it.
When I die they can have it all - if it's any use.

Stages of OJ

I drank all my grapefruitjuice, and I still had such a craving for more!
So I made some orange juice myself, clementines included.
It. Is. So. Tasty! Pure addection.

Knitting beats crocheting

The crocheting project is slow and tiresome, and me being quite impatient, I started to knit some wristwarmers instead.
I just finished them - they're not flawless, (I haven't knitted in 5 years), but the yarn is mohair and crazy soft and warm.
Perfect for cold piano practices, more crocheting and working on the computer.

T-Robot

So, this is what I bought in Helsingborg.
Such a cute squirrel-plate that looks right at home with my other assorted plates, a tea-robot and some yarn and a crocheting-needle. I've never crocheted before... I'm hoping to make wristwarmers. There's a long way to go. Hmmm.

Doesn't the little, shiny robot in the teacup remind you of C-3PO getting an oil bath?

Lunch

More colorful stuff to eat! This is my favorite dish at the moment - it's cheap and tasty and good for you (I think).
Onions, tomatoes, pepper and zucchini with lots of roasted sunflower seeds and spices. With pasta.
This was lunch, and there's leftover for dinner as well.

Color! Yay! Sugar! Yay!

I made these little devils today.
Normally one would roll oatmealballs in coconut, but I didn't have any - and I had rainbowcolored sprinkles. I couldn't resist. (And I ran out of sprinkles, so I used candied violets. I think it's going to be a hit!)
They're setting in a cool place now, but can't wait to bite into one in a few hours - preferable over a good book and a cup of tea.

It's out of control!

More baking!
I still had brownie leftovers, but it was simply so dry, and since I had a friend over for coffee today, I decided to try and make some cupcakes. They were definatly more succesfull, but I need to practice my mad glazing-skills. Not so elegant. But tasty! And I got to use the cake-stand that I bought more than a year ago.

Extravagant brownie

My brownies from yesterday were a bit dry, and not so moist and brownie-ish as I'd dreamt of. So I made american frosting today, (like you get on those oh-so-popular cupcakes), and added colorful harlekin-sprinkles. It made all the difference. Yum!

Baking galore

Maybe it's because it's so cold outside, but I just really felt like making warm & moist brownies today.
They didn't come out entirely succesfull, but my appartment smelled wonderfully of chocolatly goodness - yum!
I used my "analog" whiskers for the first time. My mom gave them to me. I'm in love with their 50ies look - it fits perfectly in my kitchen. 
While I was at it, I thought I'd might as well make some buns. They're from a "shake"'n'bake-package, and I don't like boxed food like that, but these were so cheap and ecological and wholemeal, so I bought them a while ago when I came across them. I hope they're tasty.

Pigs in blankets

Just got home from three intense days of working in Jutland - I'm still feeling a bit sick, aching head and coughing, sigh. So I decided to bake (not my usual thing, mind you - I like to cook, but I rarely bake, but it was nice and unstressing. I must do it again soon!) and I made pigs in blankets (love the english name!)
The aprons that I just got from my grandma came in handy - I've never had one in my life, but I avoided getting flour on my black dress. Excellent.

Now I'm in bed about to watch a movie and getting some well-earned sleep, feeling a little bit like a pig in a blanket, hihi.
